How do I register for an event?
When an event is announced, a registration link will be shared on our Instagram or directly in the app. Open the link or navigate to the event within the app, fill out the registration form, and submit it. After you complete your payment via e-transfer (or the method specified by the admin), an admin will confirm your payment in the app. Once confirmed, you will receive a push notification and your QR code ticket will become available in the app.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all associated data, open the app and go to your Profile tab. From there, you will find the option to delete your account. This action is permanent and will remove all of your personal data, event registrations, chat messages, and other information from our systems.
How do I set up carpooling?
If an event has carpooling enabled, you can either offer a ride or request a ride through the event's carpool section. If you are a driver, you can create a carpool listing specifying your departure location, available seats, and departure time. If you need a ride, you can browse available carpools and request to join one. Once a driver accepts your request, you will be added to the carpool's group chat to coordinate the details.
How do I get push notifications?
When you first open the app, you will be prompted to allow push notifications. Make sure you tap "Allow" to receive updates about events, payment confirmations, and club announcements. If you previously denied notifications, you can enable them by going to your device's Settings > Notifications > Arabski and toggling notifications on.
